Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile home accents are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
